A leader must be passionate.As a leader,apart from Discovering yourself,it is sacrosanct you know what motivates you about life,You have to love what you do if not, you are not going to be a great leader.A man that has passion for something will go extra mile to see that thing accomplished even if they wont be paid.You cant just sit down waiting for opportunity to happen or miracle to come your way,you have to work passionately at something that gives you greatest joy.As a great leader,dont think about how to make money,instead think about what you produce or what service you can offer that is valuable and useful to people and your community.What needs to be improved?What can be done in a better or more efficient way?what problem can you solve?What need can you fulfill?most importantly,what will yoy have fun doing?every job requires passion.HOW TO FIND YOUR PASSION? Start day-dreaming about what you really and trully love to do.If you could do one thing in life,what would it be?if you are to die today,what will u be fullfilled you did?What is that one thing time flies when you are doing it?what are you ready to do for free?.That is your passion.
