Every Man has a leadership tendency,every man is born a leader,but only few exhibit leadership skills.Until you imbibe some qualities, then you are not yet a leader no matter your present status as a youth leader,or pastor or committee leader and what have you. This qualities will be examined using 7parts of the body as a case study:HEART,MIND,HAND,EYES,EARS MOUTH AND SHOULDER. 1.HEART(4 functions)*Core of your being*Seat of self-awareness*Centre of who you are(they all mean the same thing)-It is imperative you know yourself as a leader;your personality,taste,likes,dislikes,capability,self-worth etc.If you cant define yourself,then you are not fit to lead.You should know what turns you down,what turns you up.
