A leader must be confident.Been confident means you are sure that you have the ability to do things well or deal with situations successfully.This simply means you believe in yourself.No man will follow a leader who doesnt have self-confident,who doesnt believe in his abilities,talents,ideas etc.Even if you are passionate about something and you dont have the guts to confront it,then it becomes unachievable. The truth is, most of our parents are 'control panel' who inadvertently passed on to us the same limiting philosophies and negative instructions they grew up with.But you are inexcusable for your lack of self-confidence.Jack Canfield said that, of the hundreds of supersuccessful people he interviewed for his book "HOW TO GET FROM WHERE YOU ARE TO WHERE YOU WANT TO BE",almost everyone of them told him they werent the most gifted or talented person in their field,but they chose to believe anything was achievable for them. The phrase "I can't"is the most powerful force of negation in the human psyche"Paul Scheele asserts.You will never become a great leader if you have "I can't"in your dictionary.Be like an eagle,he soars alone because he believes in himself and that is why he will continue to be the head.Dont let people approval be the template for your accomplishment. After you have discovered yourself and you know what you are passionate about,then confidently pursue your goals till it is achieved.That is what makes a great and exemplary leader.If you dont believe in yourself ,no one else will believe in you.HAVE A NICE DAY
