YOU SHOULD BE HELD RESPONSIBLE

The staff of an organisation resumed work on a monday morning with a report circulating round the whole company that ,the cause of the company's challenges has been discovered and the person behind the ineffectiveness of the organisation has kicked the bucket.Therefore,the company has the capacity to move to the desired zenith.There was mixed feelings.Some felt sorrowful while some were happy,at least there will be an improvement since the root cause of the menace has gone. All the staff were mandated to go to a specified room to go see the atrocious dead man who was kept in a coffin before the start of the day's work,ostensibly to pay the last homage.They must be on a single file to go check and no one is permitted to disclose the identity of the person they see in the coffin.Let everyone see with there eyes.Another instruction given by the chairman was that,every man,after viewing the coffin,should wave to the person and probably shake his/her head before taking his leave.Everybody from the chairman of the company to the least went to see the coffin.Lo,They were all appalled and flabbergasted with the image they saw.Guess what they saw,they saw a mirrow in the coffin so when everyman looked,he saw himself.But because of the instruction given,every man waved the supposedly 'dead man' while some also shook there head in pity before there departure.One after the other,they all left,then re-convey for a brief meeting with the chairman. Still petrified,the boss addressed the whole staff and explained to them the true picture of the morning's drama.He told them they all brought misfortune to the company."If you resumed 8am prompt,if you worked assiduously,if you didnt abdicate or flout the principles of the company,if you didnt unnecessary lambast your surbordinate,no doubt,the company would have moved forward. This is also applicable to us all.We are all responsible for this country's woes.If every man can responsibly do the right thing,then our country will be a better place.If you are not above the law from No 1 citizen to the last,be sure of a desirable nation.. NOTE that:Any attitude you didnt portray as an individal,you wont portray as a nation.How is the world going to change if you dont change your mindset?.If you want to know who is responsible for this nation's problems,then look at the mirror. The solution to your nation is not the Government or the youths,but you making up your mind to do the right thing. Dont forget,An individual forms a family and a family will form a nation. To paraphrase i will say''Let everyone secure his own life,then the nation will be save. YOU AND I CAN CHANGE THE NATION.The onus lies on you.Ruminate over this.
