Wow!A young girl achieved this feat!.This tells me i am not too young to be famous.I am not too young to break records.I am not young to be what i desire to be.This proofs to me that,it is not my father or mother that has deterred me from changing the world. It is not my environment that has not given me the opportunity.
Malala came from place that is not recognised on the world map but she chose to be on the world map.
I am challenged this morning and i want you to be too.Let me tell you that, her father is not the president of U.S.A or the prime minister of Britain. Her mother is not on the list of the richest women so that we dont hide under that canopy to suggest that brought her all achievements.
I believe and know her determination, preparation and hardwork brought her the enthusiastic reception
A girl of 17 has met and had meetings with world leaders and renowned men in the world while i still live with my parents @20+ blaming the government for my woes, thinking my dreams are not pursuable until i am 50. Needless to say that the political system in her country didn't favor her too but she was undaunted. If she can achieve that peak @ 17,i believe i can do much better if i believe in my dreams and aspirations. Dont be complacent with your present life.It is time you left your comfort zone and take a step. Dont keep a tight rein on your ability /capability.Eleanor Roosevelt wrote "You must do the things you think you cant do''.Why dont you take a step towards achieving your goals. Why dont you give your dream a chance without been discouraged by your age.You are not too old or young to be what you wish to be. Why dont you give it a trial before you write yourself off."Every accomplishment starts with the decision to try" Brian Littrell asserted. Everything you can imagine is real.I challenge you all this afternoon to take a cue from this vibrant,Goal-driven young lady who built a desirable world for herself. You are inexcusable whatsoever not to change your world.Benjamin Spock spoke "Trust yourself you know more than you think you do''.I advise you to do that thing that you fear most. Write the proposal to that company,Declare your interest for that position,Write to the Govenor about that idea.Go for your dream. If an award is to be given today for your contribution to the world. What will it be given for?Dont say you are too young or inexperienced.Malala was not born differently. She was also given birth the way you were.. Conclusively,Isaac Asimov advised "And above all things, never think that you are not too good enough yourself.A man should never think that.My belief is that in life people will take you at your own reckoning'' SEE YOU AT THE TOP.
