THERE ARE ENOUGH FISHES IN THE FISH POND;STOP COMPETITION

It is disheartening to note that, many live their lives as if only one fish exist in a fish pond, and because of this, anyone they meet  in life becomes their enemy, competitor. They believe they either win or no one else and their attitudes are centred on that . These people find it hard to be genuinely happy for the successes of other people even, and sometimes especially, members of their own family or close friends and associates. They believe friends don't deserve the best. Even when they are succeeding greatly in business and you were fortunate to have your first breakthrough, they become dejected, they believe that your breakthrough must have come through a diabolical means . Although they might verbally   express happiness ,inwardly they are eating their heart out. They want to lead in every sector, their sense of worth comes from being compared, and someone else's success to some degree , means , their failure. Only one person can be ''number 1''. To ''win'' is to ''beat''. These people believe their is only one fish in the pond , and if they miss it they are doomed.
It would have been a different ball game  if their attitude is geared towards killing the only fish ,their  mission is  to eliminate potential killer of the fish. They always want other people to submit to them, they would rather stay alone than surround themselves with people better than them . They prefer people weaker so that they can lord it over them . Tell your friend and if you are In this category ,talk to yourself, that there are enough fishes in the pond. So stop unnecessary  competition. Change your mindset, only a mediocre who is on the verge of failing in life will continue to portray this kind of attitude.
let me paraphrase the words of Joyce Meyer. ''Something is wrong with you when you are not happy only when you lose''. Look at the mirror that is your competition. The only person you need to be better is the person you were yesterday.
How was your day?
