1.HEART(4functions)*(iv)Seat of Faith and Expectation:- A leader must have faith.A leader must believe it is achievable,attainable,realisable,reachable etc.He must be able to convince his followers to believe even when it is obvious all hope is lost.A great leader must be able to revamp a dilapitated system,revisit a failed task,re-introduce a rejected idea,re-design an ugly life .He wont give up until it is accomplished.He talks faith,acts faith and puts it to work.He doesnt have to be doubtful,Because A DOUBTFUL leader is a LESS FULL one and when you are LESS FULL,you become UNFULFILL,No man will follow you.Everything is possible for any leader that believes.Joe Vitale puts it this way:You always get what you unconsciously believe and expect.A man Fela Durotoye gave a testimony how he was in his church and pastor announced "There is somone here who God is minstering to, to give the church 100 million Naira for the church building.He said he looked at the church nobody raised there hands.He said he had no clue where the money wil come from.With faith,He raised up his hand and he wrote a cheque of 100m and he kept it and told God"I have written it ooo,i dont know how you will do it".He said within that week or thereabout,A state Government in Nigeria called him and ordered for his book "17 laws of Academic excellence"for all there senior Secondary school which cost 300m.His faith worked for him and today he can talk about it.That is a great and exemplary leader.Be one today.
